Request account deletion
This page is the external deletion route for the Niatse mobile app and web service. Sign in with the account you want deleted, then submit one request below.
What the request does
It starts deletion of the entire Niatse account and the personal data associated with it. It is not a temporary freeze or deactivation. Data that must be retained for applicable legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute obligations is kept only for the required purpose and period.
Before you submit
- Export any records you need to keep.
- Resolve business ownership, active team access, and pending financial or compliance work tied to the account.
- Use the account's own sign-in so the request is bound to the correct owner.
Review the Privacy Policy for access, correction, deletion, and retention information. The request page never asks for a password, token, financial record, or free-text reason.
