Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Niatse handles personal information in its web and mobile services. It covers information supplied by an account holder, information created while using Niatse, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact information: identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, country, and sign-in or account-recovery records.
- Workspace and relationship information:business or Personal workspace details, authorised members, roles, customers, suppliers, employees, and other contacts the user chooses to record.
- Financial and operational records:transactions, accounts, estimates, invoices, payments, budgets, goals, debts, payroll, Susu activity, projects, reports, and related audit history entered or generated through Niatse.
- User content: files, imports, form answers, support requests, and manual financial-alert text the user chooses to submit for review.
- Service and security records: account, workspace, feature, error, and audit events needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service. The website may also record bounded product-interaction data when analytics is configured and the browser does not signal Do Not Track.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate accounts and recover access;
- provide financial organisation, workspace collaboration, reporting, sharing, and support features;
- generate summaries or suggested classifications for the user to review;
- protect accounts, enforce permissions, investigate misuse, and preserve necessary audit evidence;
- send account, security, support, billing, or other service communications; and
- comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. When information is shared
Information may be shared with authorised members of the same workspace, with a recipient selected by the user, or with service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, communications, payments, security, and support. A provider is used only when the related feature is configured. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect Niatse or its users, or as part of a properly governed business transfer.
We do not sell personal information. Niatse does not use personal financial records for third-party advertising.
5. Mobile release boundaries
The current mobile release supports manual financial-alert text for review. Its release build does not request Android SMS permission, does not include native push notifications, and does not include advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. If those boundaries change in a later version, this policy and the relevant store disclosures must be updated before release.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Niatse uses hosted database, authentication, and storage services. Access controls include authenticated sessions, workspace-scoped permissions, and database authorization rules. Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve required financial or audit records, meet legal or security obligations, and resolve disputes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, a user may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information. Use the account deletion request page or contact the privacy team. Niatse targets account and associated-personal-data deletion within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or dispute obligations are isolated and kept only for the required purpose and period.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Niatse's data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to the configured privacy contact. Niatse is operated by Ronel Agency Ltd in Accra, Ghana.
